Uyghurs- A modern day holocaust in China Who are the Uyghurs There are about 12 million Uyghurs, mostly Muslim, living in Xinjiang. North West China The Uyghurs speak their own language, They make up less than half of the Xinjiang population. Recent years we have seen a mass migration of Han Chinese (a Chinese ethnic majority) into Xinjiang, ordered by the state to weaken the minority population there. China has started banning religious practices in the region, as well as destroying mosques and tombs. What is happening to the Uyghurs Their is a genocide happening in China, only a handful of countries have acknowledged which are the US, Netherlands, Canada, this seems absolutely insane to me that only 3 countries out of the whole world (196 countries) have spoken out about a literal Genocide this includes Muslim countries. China are openly killing women men and children of the Muslim race yet only 3! let me repeat myself only THREE countries have acknowledged this Genocide again...
